I have chosen to work with Cher Ultican as my Custom Artist from Portland, Oregon, in contractual settings for all of our clients, because I know she is one of the best. The most important element when doing contract custom artwork is for the Artist to be able to read the Designer's mind, and to interpret the "feel" that she is trying to get across. The designer meets with the client and discusses what they would like to have done and then relays it to the Artist. This is a very complex situation and it takes a true Custom Artist to capture the whole project and pull it together. CHER ULTICAN does just that. She has never missed on a job yet. The clients have all been ecstatic about her work and I have been truly pleased with every outcome. She is one of a kind Artist and I am lucky to have found her to "perform her miracles" in all of our clients home, including my own.
