GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Start with a brand of German Chocolate Cake mix that you like. Then make the famous frosting from the recipe below.

Combine 1 cup of sweet carnation evaporated milk with 1 cup of granulated sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 cup margerine and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Cook in a double broiler until thinckened over medium heat. (About 12 minutes)

Add 1 1/2 cups of coconut and 1 cup of chopped walnuts.

(if frosting is not thinck enough to spread, add more coconut).
